To claim for a Refund, please check if the purchased Product(s) fall under the warranty as per the Warranty Policy.

If the Product(s) fall under warranty, then you can claim for Refund based on the following conditions:

  1. Customer can request for a refund for the purchased dress(s) within 3 days from the date of receiving the dress(s).
  2. Physically damage cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery.
  3. Shipping and payment processing charges will be charged from your end.
  4. Refund will be made through the original mode of payment selected at the time of order generation.

Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items, the 3% bank refund charge as well as the customs of the returned item, which Marmar Halim will be charged with. If the item is returned damaged, broken and in anyway not in its right condition, Marmar Halim has the right to refuse a refund. Refund will only happen after the item has been returned back to our warehouse safely. The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please make sure they are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
