Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Return of unused merchandise, sealed items intact, is acceptable if supported by proof of purchase, dates not more than 14 days from the date of purchase. This entitles customer for exchange or for store credit valid for 6 months, based on exact value of initial purchase.
Return of Defective items is limited to defects that are not caused by either product misuse or failure to follow care instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Refund will only be provided if repair or replacement is not available.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty:
- Sale items (purchased in store & Online).
- Fashionable Masks.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs. If any item you purchase is faulty, you have the right to reject the goods and have them replaced or refunded within 30 days or if the fault occurs within 6 months you have the right to claim a free repair or replacement. Please contact our [email protected] should you wish to return a faulty item. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However, if an item you receive is damaged or faulty, please contact [email protected] who will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Office # A509, building 7, Dubai Design District, Dubai, , United Arab Emirates.
Alterations (if applicable)
Items altered as per customer requirement cannot be exchanged. Alteration is made based on client request. Items altered cannot be re-altered.
Please note that all product exchanges are subject to shipping and customs duties.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Office # A509, building 7, Dubai Design District, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Credit Note, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit Note
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds/credit notes (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a credit note will be automatically to your registered email.
