Eligibility for Refund

• Timeframe:
  • Refunds for stock items must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items reported beyond this timeframe will not be eligible.
  • Most of the items featured on marmar-halim.com are pre-order. Please, read the descriptions carefully.
• Condition of Items:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Non-Refundable Items:
  • Pre-order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.

How to Initiate a Refund?

Send an email to customer.care@marmar-halim.com with your details, order number, and reason for return or exchange.

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at info@marmar-halim.com.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or the error is on our part.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 20 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

At Marmar Halim, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, we’ve made the process straightforward.

Time Frame

You may request an exchange for stock or pre-order items only within 5 business days of the product delivery date under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

• Damaged or Incorrect Product:
  • The product was damaged upon receipt.
  • The product does not match the description provided during the purchase process.
• Size or Fit Issues:
  • Exchanges for a different size (+1 or -1) of the same model are allowed for products purchased online without an in-person showroom visit.

Conditions of Items

• The product must be in its original condition, including:
  • Packaging (box, dust bag, etc.).
  • Tags (intact and not removed).
  • Any accompanying documents (e.g., authenticity card, receipt).
• The product must show no signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage.
• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or as part of custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

Note: You can exchange the item one time only.

Exchange Process

1. Submit Your Request:

   Send an email with your exchange request to customer.care@marmar-halim.com with the following details:

   • Order number
   • Reason for the exchange
   • Photos of the product (if applicable)
2. Acknowledgment and Evaluation:

   Our team will acknowledge your request and evaluate your claim within 1 business day.

3. Inspection and Replacement:

   Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm whether it meets the exchange conditions.

   If approved, the replacement product will be processed and shipped within 30 calendar days.

4. Return the Product:

   If your request is approved, you must return the product within 5 calendar days from the date of approval.

5. Customer Responsibilities:

   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during the process.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Fees

• Non-Refundable Duties & Taxes:

  Duties, taxes, and surcharges paid by Marmar Halim at the time of your purchase are non-refundable.

• Deductions from Refund Amount:

  Any duties, taxes, import fees, or additional surcharges incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
